Our experience

We can advise on recruitment parameters and drafting contracts as well as policies and procedures for employment.
We can assist with disputes or other difficult issues which may arise during the employment relationship including, for example, dealing with grievances and disciplinary matters, advising on the avoidance of discrimination claims and handling whistleblowing complaints.

We have extensive experience of dealing with TUPE transfers, working time issues, industrial disputes and the various types of family-related leave.

We are also here to advise at the end of the employment relationship including for example redundancies, problems arising from ill health or poor performance and misconduct.  Such issues are often dealt with by means of a negotiated Settlement Agreement but we also have extensive experience representing employers (including multinational corporations) at Employment Tribunals.
